How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days after it is mailed. Item(s) will be mailed approximately 2 days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 3-5 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How can I change or revise my order?
Once an order is made, it cannot be revised.
Can I return or exchange an item?

My item was was stolen, how can I get a refund?

I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?
