Returns
Purposely Chosen is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the ship date with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at Purposely Chosen. If you received a damaged or defective item, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to purposelychosen7@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we have reviewed the item(s), we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to make a return and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced.

WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made if the item(s) are damaged or defective and the same cost of the original item(s).

Refunds
If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
